“Caroline was such a joy to work with. She held our hands every step of the way. She kept us on schedule for when we needed to plan things and ensured we were ready for things that required us to make decisions quickly (ex: meal planning and fast passes). Her recommendations were always top-notch. Throughout the trip, everyone in my group praised me constantly, to which my reply was always "thank Caroline!" Truly, this trip would have been miserable and gone off the rails immediately without working with her. Quick story: my daughter got motion sick/heat sickness on a bus. Because of Caroline's packing list, we were prepared with wipes and Ziploc bags to take care of the trash and make sure she had something to throw up in. It could have gone so much worse.
