Festival of the Holidays

Regardless of what time of year you are coming to Disney World there’s almost always going to be a Festival going on at Epcot. The Festival’s are my favorite! There’s special cuisine and treats to try around World Showcase, special merchandise to buy, as well as fun entertainment! Like “Garden Rocks” or the “Eat to the Beat” Concert Series! Growing up, Epcot was a fun place to visit on your trip. However, now-a-days…you need at least 6-8 weeks to visit every booth, merchandise location or to see certain bands playing at the American Gardens Theater.

Kicking off the New Year “Festival of the Arts” brings you so many different colorful and artistically pleasing food. Not to mention the gorgeous art pieces around world showcase. “Flower and Garden Festival” has the most stunning Topiaries and Gardens to visit during the Spring season. The Butterfly Garden is always my favorite and also educational! “Food and Wine Festival” towards the end of summer into Fall (a crowd favorite) has more booths and food to choose from than there are hours in the day to partake in!

It’s so much fun and worth an additional “girls trip” or “couple’s trip” to take it all in! Finally, “Festival of the Holidays,” towards the end of the year is the sweetest and most nostalgic of all 4 Epcot Festivals. Especially the Cookie Crawl and Candlelight Processional!
