Of course a Disney vacation would not be complete without “The Rides” or as Disney calls them “Attractions.” We love Disney attractions and depending on your family there can be a lifelong debate on what the best ones in each park are.

However, I LOVE them all! There are some I’d wait over 30 minutes for and those I would not! With purchasing “Genie +” and “Individual Attraction Selections” a.k.a. “Fancy Rides” plus watching all the tips and tricks from Disney “YouTubers” this makes prioritizing your favorite’s much easier!

Some of my favorite’s are the soon to be re-theme coming soon at the Magic Kingdom…Tiana’s Bayou Adventure, Rise of the Resistance and Mickey’s Run away Railway in Hollywood Studios, Everest and Kilimanjaro Safaris in Animal Kingdom, and Soarin’ around the World in Epcot!

If you haven’t experienced Disney characters or Cast members yet you are in for a real treat! They are truly the best of the best! The first time we took our two littles to Disney World, my son was about 5 years old and my daughter was 3. We had the absolute best time but honestly for us what made the trip was Goofy giving our son and his stuffed Goofy the biggest hug!

It’s something so small but it made all the difference to us and it’s one of our favorite memories from that trip! The picture sits on our fireplace mantle in a frame from our stay at Wilderness Lodge. It was one of the most magical moments of that trip and what solidifies Disney Characters and Disney Cast Members as the best in the World.

Disney after Dark! When the sun goes down most people retire for the night and wait for the sun to rise before they venture out again. Not so at Disney! There’s as much to do when the sun goes down then when the sun is up. From Fireworks, Concert series, Campfires, Movies Under the Stars, Dueling Piano bars and After Hours Special Events. There’s more to do here than you probably have the time in your itinerary for. The doesn’t mean you can’t try!

One of the things Disney prides itself on is its Fireworks. If you’ve never seen a Disney fireworks show then you have been missing out big time! Disney Fireworks are literally OUT OF THIS WORLD! Currently at Disney there are Three Firework Shows. Magic Kingdom’s “Happily Ever After”, Epcot’s “Epcot Forever”, “Fantasmic” at Hollywood Studios!

There are also Two Special ticketed-events going on this fall and winter season. “Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party” and “Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party.” These are special ticketed-events that happen only on certain nights and are loads and loads of fun! Filled with special parades, merchandise, snacks, character interactions and fireworks. Don’t miss out on the Disney Nightlife! Between the Parks, Disney Springs, the Resorts and more! You’ll never be short on Fun and Entertainment at Walt Disney World!

Something that makes me beyond excited is Disney Merch! There’s always new merchandise coming no matter the time of year. Festival or Special Event, Disney knows how to make something incredible for everyone in any season of their life. They are more than just “souvenirs” or “trinkets” to take home. Each and every piece you find and take home with you will remind you of your memorable trip.

There will be a story behind each tee-shirt, Loungefly backpack or sweet stuffed animal your child snuggles with every night when you’re back home. There’s nothing better than leaving the parks with all kinds of new gear. Knowing that you and your family will cherish them forever! Whether it’s a picture frame from the resort you stayed in or the Minnie Ears you’ve been eager to find. Disney has Merchandise for every person and every budget!

Did you know that Walt Disney had an apartment inside one of the parks? How about the “Underground City” or “Utilidoors” under the Magic Kingdom? Or the “Norse gods” exhibit in the Norway Pavilion’s stave Church, the huge Aquarium at Epcot? Which is one of the 10 Largest aquariums in the world and Spaceship Earth could fit inside with room to spare. These are just some of the “Disney Details” or Secrets that make Disney even more magical. Hidden Mickey’s or Hidden Gems? The little details can be easily missed if you aren’t looking or are in too big of a hurry to notice. They are EVERYWHERE! For me the Magic is in the Disney Details.

One of my favorite’s is in Epcot’s France Pavilion. There you will find the dress that Lily James wore in the Live Action version of Cinderella. It’s one of my Favorite Live Action movies Disney has made and the fact that I can walk up and see the dress makes in person makes it all that more magical. There are hidden gems like this all over the Parks and Resorts. One of the best ways to find out little tid-bits or secrets is to take a VIP Tour. They have all kinds of Tours for all kinds of interests or budgets. I love the little details because I feel like that’s what sets Disney apart from other “Theme Park.” If you want more information about Disney VIP Tours or just a personalized itinerary filled with the little details for you and your travel party.
